Roomrates 2010 lodging with tenancy agreement

Basis of roomrates:
Duration of stay 1 - 5 Months:
The monthly rent is all-inclusive and includes basic price and extras.
Duration of stay more than 6 months:
The monthly rent consists of basic price and extras (like operating costs, electricity, central heating) with monthly part payments and an annual settlement of account (and on departure)

Security
For a stay of more than 6 months a security of minimum € 450,00 up to three times the monthly rent has to be deposited.
For a stay of more than 3 years a minimum security of three times the monthly gross rent has to be deposited.
Security and monthly rent have to be paid in advance. No credit cards or cheques are accepted.

Contract fee
A fee of 1 % of the gross amount of contract is due to be given to the revenue-office. Contracts for less than 3 months are free of charge. From 4 months onward the contract fee has to be charged retroactively. Tenancy agreements for 1-3 years on inquiry..
